　　Conference Background :
　　The 2015global wind power new installed capacity of about 63GW,the new power has more than 30GW.With the rapid development of industry, the capacity of wind turbine will continue to increase. In the EWEA2015,the 4 fan giants have launched over 3.5MW new type of land fan respectively. As a big part of Wind Power Composites, always be challenged by materials, structure and technology, the target of material performance and technology is getting more higher.
　　With the rapid development of Wind Power Market, the use of a series of new materials like Methyl epichlorohydrin type epoxy resin, polyurethane resin, Advantex, Windsrand high-performance glass fiber and three axial Uitrablade high modulus glass fiber fabric and the optimizing of production process and the extra improvement of designing blades to further reduce the weight and improve the whole performance of blades. In the manufacturing technology ,the successful application of leaf blade integration molding technology , modular blade manufacturing techniques and shard type composite wind power tower drum and so on, have promoting the development of Wind Power Industry.
　　Wind-power blades operations is very important in the whole Wind-power operations. It is a comprehensive, systematic work which needs to improve their quality in many ways.  And the certification and testing is quite important aspect among them. Because of the raw material manufacturing or Process defects, designing and so on, there has been a batch of accident of the blade in recent years, but have to recall it and replac it. Meanwhile, the Wind-power mold is also need to transfer from passive, discrete, extensive operations to active and continuous type, and the way the lean operations.
　　For promoting the application of high-performance composite materials in the field of wind power, and meeting future development demand of large-scale, lightweight and intelligent wind power, at the strong request of many wind power machine enterprises, blade enterprises and raw materials enterprises, “China Summit Forum 2016 for International Wind Power Composite Materials” is scheduled to be held in Inspirock Hotel (five-star) of Tongxiang, Zhejiang, China on April 14-15, 2016 (sign-in on the 13th day), and strives for being a top-quality and high-level industry integration and large-scale international exchange conference.
